To help you to know what to expect when you come and see us, Profiles would like to draw your attention to our Salon Ettiquette and Terms & Conditions.





Salon Etiquette

Profiles operates a strict no smoking policy within the salon.

Out of consideration for other guests of the salon profiles has a strict policy on mobiles phones being switched off or on silent mode.

Children may only attend the salon if under strict supervision. A charge will be made for all breakages and damage to property and stationary. If children are breaking the relaxed atmosphere they will be asked to leave as a courtesy to other clients attending the salon.

Due to client relaxation and fire regulations only one person may attend with a salon guest. Guests are requested not to bring large amounts of friends in to the salon to wait while they have a treatment performed.

If required Profiles can provide the service of performing treatments in the same room with a friend or partner. Please inform the salon 24 hours prior to your appointment if you require this service.

Please advise your therapist if

• You are moving home
• If you are or suspect you are pregnant
• Taking any form medication,
• If you are taking herbal or homeopathic remedies
• Dieting
• Suffer from allergies,
• Undergoing any medical treatment or supervision,
• Have had cosmetic surgery or intending on having cosmetic    surgery
• Have had acid peels or using retinol or AHA based products.
• If you use a sun bed regularly

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

In the interest of all our clients attending the salon and in order for Profiles to provide a professional service and to stop time wasters a booking deposit is charged when appointments are made. This is refunded when the client attends for treatment. Appointments that are not honoured or cancelled within 72 hours of the treatment will result in the loss of the booking fee. Appointments that are paid for and are not honoured will result in loss of Payment which is none transferable and none refundable.
Day pamper packages require payment in full 48 hours prior to the package and if not cancelled within 36 hours prior to the treatment is none refundable or transferable.
Profiles do not give refunds. Cut off time for cancellations are 7pm the evening on a working day, prior to the booking time. Sundays Profiles is closed and is therefore not included 7pm cut off time for Monday cancellations.

Course of Treatment Bookings.
Treatment courses that are paid for in advance have the same cancellation policy as all the other salon treatments; 24 hours notice is required or the treatment missed will be deducted off the course amount.

Appointment Late Arrivals
To offer an efficient service Profiles requests that attending clients please be on time for their appointments. If a client is more than ten minuets late we may have to deduct this from the treatment time although the full charge will still be administered.

Senior Therapist Bookings
First Senior Therapist at Profiles is Rachel Teanby. Second senior therapist is Kerry Ann Cole If a request for a senior member of staff is made when booking an appointment the charge stated within this price list will apply.

Gift vouchers
• Valid for six months from the date of purchase
• Cannot be carried beyond the expiry date.
• Cannot be used from 15th December – 31st December
• Cannot be redeemed and used with a first senior therapist unless    is stated within the voucher.
• Are for treatments only.
• Cash cannot be refunded on gift vouchers.
• If an appointment is booked for use of a gift voucher and is not    cancelled or honoured the voucher will be classed as void.
